SLO Update: Information For Harps Fans Travelling to Dundalk

Ahead of the premier division fixture at Oriel Park on Friday night, we have gathered some information that may be of use to Harps fans traveling to the game. As always, information is provided on a best effort basis. If you can't make it you can get live updates and fan interaction via Mobstats HERE

Travel & Parking:

The 54 Crew are not running a bus to this one.  Public transport options only really work for Dublin and if you are willing to miss the end of the game.

From M1: Leave the M1 at junction 17 and take the N53 towards Dundalk. Turn right on to Mount Avenue and this road takes you to a T-junction with the Carrickmacross Road very close to Oriel.

Parking: There are various places to park in the streets and estates near the ground.

Public transport:

The ground is very near Dundalk train station, but trains do not run to Dublin late enough to be useful. Mathews Coaches also serves Dundalk, but again, services stop just short of being useful for being useful for a return to Dublin. Time table is HERE

Where to get a Pint and/or Food:

There is a bar in the ground which away fans are sometimes allowed into. Kennedy Pub opposite the train station and close to the ground is a good option for food and a pint beforehand.
