Match Night Arrangements for Finn Harps V Shamrock Rovers: Accompanied Kids Go Free in 2019

Friday night sees Harps host table toppers Shamrock Rovers at Finn Park. Kick off is at 8pm and supporters are asked to arrive early to avoid congestion. Note the collection at this game for the We Care Food Bank. Tickets should be purchased ahead of match day where possible:

Tickets will be on sale on match night at a kiosk on Navenny Street and also at Chestnut Road (Aldi side) but it is advised to buy your tickets in advance.  

The 54 Crew are running a bus to the game, cost is €10 and it leaves the Glencar Inn Letterkenny at 7pm and picks up at Rosies Bar Drumkeen at 7:10.  Contact their Facebook Page to book on, all are welcome and the buses are always great craic.

Secondary €5

Primary €5 (FREE if accompanied).  

Supporters wishing to access limited seating area will need to purchase regular ticket and then pay additional €3 inside the ground. We would advise supporters looking to watch match from seated area should arrive early as limited number will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Supporters are requested to arrive early to avoid congestion near kick off time and those approaching from the south should allow extra time due to the roadworks.  

We appreciate your co-operation and patience with stop and search stewards at each gate.  Both home and away fans are liable to be searched and supporters are reminded that alcohol is not permitted in the ground.

The Finn Harps v Shamrock Rovers game is being jointly sponsored by the Liverpool FC Supporters Club Donegal and the Manchester City FC Supporters Club Donegal, and in support of We Care Food Bank this game has been designated as a Food Bank collection point on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd March.  Full details of this initiative are HERE

We would encourage those donating foodstuffs beforehand or attending Finn Park for the game to bring along any of the below provisions–


• Canned foods e.g. tinned meat, beans, fruit etc.
• Cereals
• Pasta/Rice
• Sugar

Vans will be manned outside the ground from 6.30pm by volunteers from both the Liverpool Supporters Club, Manchester City Supporters Club, Finn Harps FC and ‘We Care Food Bank’ organisations.


Thursday and Friday March 21st and 22nd - Food Collection point details:
Food donations can be left at the Finn Harps Club House from 10am to 12.30pm
From 2pm until 4pm the ‘We Care Food Bank’ will have a van at the Chestnut Road Entrance (near Aldi) for any donations.

Traffic Arrangements around Finn Park

Those attending the game are asked to use car-parks situated close to the ground:

Town car park at McElhinney’s
Navenny car park
Supervalu car park

Gardai will be in place to ensure the smooth operation of traffic arrangements around Finn Park.  Road Closures will come into effect at 18:00pm and will remain until 20.30pm. They will be closed again at 21.30pm until 22.30pm.

Away Fans

We look forward to welcoming Shamrock Rovers supporters to Finn Park.  Away fans are requested to enter ground via Chestnut Road (Aldi side).  We appreciate your co-operation and patience with stop and search stewards at gate.  Away fans will have the gantry side of the ground while stand andtown end terrace are reserved for home supporters.

Coaches and cars for away supporters are asked to park in McElhinney’s.
